We create each item to order through trusted production partners. While most orders are smooth, here’s how we handle any issues:

Return Window

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • size
  • colour
  • design changes
  • change-of-mind reasons

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at konseputoart@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the issue is confirmed with our production partner.
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days.
